Mechanism
BPC-157 is a fifteen residue fragment derived from a human gastric juice protein and is reported in rodent work to promote angiogenesis and tendon fibroblast outgrowth, partly through the VEGFR2 and systems. TB-500 is a seven residue actin binding fragment of thymosin beta 4 that promotes cell migration in culture; both bodies of evidence are almost entirely preclinical.
