Quercetin is a flavonoid found in onions, capers and apples, with senolytic activity demonstrated mainly in combination with dasatinib. ⚠️ It is also a meaningful inhibitor of several cytochrome P450 enzymes and of drug transporters, so its interaction surface is genuine and affects anything metabolised through those routes.
Carnosic acid is a rosemary diterpene acting through Nrf2, which is the transcription factor controlling the cell's endogenous antioxidant response. Upregulating the machinery is mechanistically more interesting than supplying antioxidants, and it is also the reason the interaction warning below applies to it particularly.
R-alpha lipoic acid is the biologically active enantiomer, which is why the R is specified; most inexpensive products contain the racemate, half of which is not the active form. ⚠️ It can lower blood glucose, which matters for anyone on glucose-lowering therapy.

Quercetin and FOX-04-DRI are both senolytic in intent, meaning they aim at senescent cells, which accumulate with age and secrete inflammatory signals. Quercetin's senolytic evidence is largely from combination work with dasatinib, a prescription cancer drug that is emphatically not in this stack and should not be inferred into it. FOX-04-DRI is a cell-penetrating peptide that disrupts the FOXO4 and p53 interaction to trigger apoptosis selectively in senescent cells, which is a far more targeted mechanism and a far thinner evidence base.
Carnosic acid works differently again: it activates Nrf2, so it upregulates the cell's own antioxidant machinery rather than scavenging directly. That is a more durable intervention than supplying an antioxidant, and it is also the one most likely to interact with therapies that work by oxidative stress. R-alpha lipoic acid is the metabolic cofactor, feeding pyruvate dehydrogenase and regenerating other antioxidants once spent.
Nothing attributable, and that is the only honest answer. There is no sensation associated with any of these mechanisms and no timescale on which one would be expected.
