Processing speed is a specific thing psychologists measure with timed substitution and reaction tasks, and none of these four has a body of evidence showing it moves that number in healthy adults. What each one has is a mechanism that plausibly bears on the speed of a computation. That gap is the most important thing on this page.

The direction of tropisetron's serotonin activity is worth understanding rather than using as a reason to dismiss the flag. Tropisetron BLOCKS the 5-HT3 receptor rather than stimulating it, and serotonin syndrome is driven by excess serotonergic agonism, principally at 5-HT2A and 5-HT1A.
