Avanafil + Dapoxetine

This product combines two medicines that target different aspects of male sexual function in a single on-demand tablet. Sudden vision or hearing changes or an erection lasting over four hours need urgent care.

The combination is regarded with pragmatic interest as a two-in-one option for men who experience both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, addressing two common and often overlapping concerns in a single on-demand dose.
