The sole indexed publication describing it directly is a 1999 Russian review of 329 synthesized adamantane derivatives, which identifies 2-(para-chlorobenzoylamine)adamantane as a rapid-action compound enhancing resistance to emergencies such as hyperthermia and hypoxia, alongside bromantane's more endurance-oriented profile [1]. No dedicated pharmacology, toxicology or clinical papers on chlodantane are indexed in PubMed. Its expected pharmacology is inferred from the adamantane actoprotector class, including dopaminergic modulation and stress resistance without increased oxygen consumption [2] [3].
Humanin is a 24-amino-acid mitochondrial-derived peptide and one of the first signaling molecules found to be encoded within the mitochondrial genome rather than the nucleus, translated from a short open reading frame inside the 16S ribosomal RNA region.
